Introducing Kerio Connect.

Over the years, Kerio MailServer has helped organisations become more effective, more productive, and better connected. We are now entering a new stage, in which we will make Kerio MailServer a great fit for organisations with teams in multiple locations worldwide.

The new name, Kerio Connect, aims to communicate what users of messaging and collaboration servers often do - they connect with their colleagues, they connect with their business partners, they connect from the road, they connect from home, they connect to develop new ideas, they connect before they meet in person - they simply connect.

“We support a significant number of clients with multiple offices around the world,” says Kevin Klein, CEO of 318 Inc., a value-added reseller and Kerio Preferred Partner in Santa Monica, California. “The new distributed domain feature will enable 318, Inc. to delegate management of a server at each location, while keeping everything under the same domain. This provides an enhanced level of support, scalability and reliability that is in alignment with the needs of our most savvy clients that have chosen Kerio Connect.”

New features available in Connect 7:

Distributed Domain Cluster - Distribute a single domain across multiple servers in different geographic locations.

CardDAV - Collaborate multiple devices enabling syncing between your local and global contacts.

Full Web Admin - Quickly and securely manage all aspects of the server via standard web browsers.

New Mobile Device Support - Palm Pre, G2, Droid, Nexus, HTC Hero, and more.

2010 Licensing and Pricing Changes

Coinciding with the release, Kerio will be slightly adjusting our licensing and pricing to better match the needs of our wide range of SMB customers. The base server license for our products will now include only 5 users. Additional user licenses will still be available in volume increments of 5.

This is effective on February 9, 2010 for both Kerio Connect and Kerio WinRoute Firewall.

Our goal is to show growing companies that we are here to support, help, and expand, along with them and their business.
